Rodgers Industrial Services provides specialist rail maintenance, asset management, project delivery and WHS support across the rail, port and heavy industry sectors. Rail maintenance is a core capability of RIS, delivered by highly experienced locomotive and rollingstock maintainers with extensive hands-on industry experience, supported by proven leadership in locomotive maintenance, workshop operations and rail asset management.

 

RIS provides practical, locally based maintenance solutions including locomotive and rollingstock inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding and repairs, breakdown support, maintenance planning, reliability improvement and workshop-based maintenance. By combining experienced tradespeople with strong maintenance leadership and asset management capability, RIS can support both day-to-day fleet requirements and longer-term improvements in reliability, availability and maintenance performance.

 

Beyond rail, RIS provides experienced project delivery, shutdown coordination, contractor management and WHS support across complex heavy industrial environments. RIS is currently engaged through PPM to provide construction coordination services on BlueScope Steel’s No. 6 Blast Furnace Reline at Port Kembla.
